Guide to Decorating with Fine Art Nude Photographs

There are no rules.

You can do anything you want.

That said, I assume that not all the guests who come to my home are equally comfortable with my art, and I have no reason to want to make them uncomfortable. They are my guests. So I make a distinction between public and private spaces.

Private spaces are bedrooms, bathrooms, office and other work spaces where a casual guest is not expected to frequent (if they need to use the bathroom, they’re on their own). In these spaces anything goes.

In public spaces, I usually hang fewer, smaller, more abstract pieces. You might make an entirely different decision.

I’ve seen one of my underwater photos enlarged 30×30 inches and hung in a casual breakfast room. Or check out this example of my SLICE OF RED hanging in an entryway.
